Be with what is

Be With What Is by Alice Popkorn

Be with what is.

When you are feeling sad, be with what is.                                                                   When you’re feeling happy, be with what is.

When you are judging yourself, a situation, or another, be with what is.                   When you are accepting yourself, a situation, or another, be with what is.

When things seem to be going your way, be with what is.                                          When things seem to not be going your way, be with what is.

We rob ourselves of the direct experience of each moment by struggling, resisting, complaining, judging, worrying, wanting for something more, wanting for something different, wanting to change ourselves, a situation, or another.

Be with what is.

Much love, Jodi
