As the seasons change & the pace slows, allowing time for reflection, I want to express my gratitude for you & the few moments you’ve taken to read this newsletter.
This 7th key is about being authentic, being true to yourself, being in alignment with your core. It begins with hearing that still small voice, beyond the din of the chatter, beyond the caucophony that can overwhelm & drown out our true voice.

7 keys to love the NOW
- Instead of trying to look good & having someone agree with you & avoiding conflict, trust yourself & all you have to offer & be authentic.
- Breath is one amazing way to access your beautiful authentic self. Sit in a quiet space & breathe. Initially breathe as you regularly breathe. Note the pace, how long it take to breathe in vs. breathe out. Then begin to intentionally slow down your breathing, matching the length of time it takes to breathe in to the length of time it takes to breathe out.
- You will notice chatter in your brain. Become the observer of such chatter & let it flow before you like a river of words. As you continue to intentionally breath — in, out — you may notice a quiet, wise voice, a presence, a warmth in your heart center. Many call this wisdom, God, the Higher Self, the universe, the soul. Whatever you may call it, this voice is access to your authentic self. The chatter often does not have your best interest. Your authentic self is always in your best interest, whether that is readily apparent or more obscure. Cultivate a relationship with your authentic self.
- Be true to yourself. Love your authentic self (see key #2). Be grateful for your authentic self (see key #5). Be present with your authentic self (see key #1). Share your authentic self with others in true connection & experience a meaning-imbued life filled with deep joy & peace.
